About this Event

🔹 Theme: The Body – Home of My Emotions

Our bodies remember. Even when our minds try to move on, our tension, tiredness, or pain often tell a deeper story.

✨ In this session, we will:🟣 Listen to our bodies as messengers – not enemies🟣 Explore the connection between emotional pain and physical symptoms🟣 Practice a gentle somatic technique to bring awareness and compassion to the body🟣 Share what it’s like to feel safe – or unsafe – in our own skin

💛 Your body is not broken. It’s trying to speak. And together, we can listen with more kindness and curiosity.
