About this Event
🔹 Theme: Shame – Recognizing and Softening It
Shame is one of the most painful emotions – and one of the most isolating. It whispers: “There’s something wrong with you.”
But shame can’t survive empathy. And when we name it, gently, it begins to lose its grip.
✨ In this gathering, we will:🟣 Look at where shame shows up in our lives – often quietly, through perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-doubt🟣 Explore the difference between shame and guilt (inspired by Brene Brown’s work)🟣 Practice speaking to ourselves with more softness and truth🟣 Share within a safe, supportive circle
💛 If you’ve ever felt “not enough,” “too much,” or like you had to hide – this space is for you.
