Spring is coming! Welcome the season with the Friends of Wolf Trap and Green Spring Extension Master Gardeners! The Woodland Garden/Wildlife Sanctuary hosts over 180 native woodland plant species. The ephemerals bloom in waves in early Spring, and iincluding Woodland Poppies, May Apples, and over 1,000 Trilliums planted throughout the garden. There will be signage for self-guided tours and Extension Master Gardeners available to answer your questions.

🌳What to Expect: Short mulched paths in the fenced garden adjacent to the meadow and the Filene Center
Who Can Come: Adults and families. Pets are not allowed in the garden. Well trained service dogs are permitted.
What to Bring: Wear comfortable shoes for uneven ground and bring water.
📍Where to Meet: Filene Center Box Office at 10:45am promptly or you can join us at the Woodland Shade Garden behind the Filene Center (Park in Lot 1)
