About this Event
Together, we will open the space with intention-setting and a guided cacao blessing, honoring cacao as a heart medicine that reconnects us with clarity, compassion and emotional truth. You'll be invited to sip slowly, breathe deeply, and drop into a state of grounded presence.
As the caco begins to warm the body and expand the heart, you'll be guided into a deep, immersive sound bath. A tapestry of crystal bowls, chimes and grounding frequencies designed to soothe the nervous system and support emotional alchemy. Under the Wolf Moon's light, expect to be held in a field of resonance where insight, release and renewal can naturally unfold.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on
- Cozy layers (blanket, socks, sweater), as a sound bath can bring temperatures to drop
- A journal + pen for reflections
- Water Bottle
- Any personal items for the altar (crystals, symbolic objects, photos of ancestors, etc.)
- An open heart and intention for the Wolf Moon
