In Wok 101, you'll learn the essential techniques needed to master the art of quick, high-heat cooking with one of the most versatile kitchen tools: the wok. Our focus will be on creating the classic dish, Kung Pao Shrimp—a savory, spicy, and perfectly balanced stir-fry packed with juicy shrimp, crunchy peanuts, and fresh vegetables.
