Join us on March 26 at 1:30 p.m. for an afternoon exploring the legacy of the American Revolution and its impact on our community.
Presented by WNIT, The History Museum, and Studebaker National Museum, this program features a screening of Ken Burns’ The American Revolution, highlighting the ideas, conflicts, and sacrifices that shaped the nation. Following the screening, museum experts Travis Childs and Kyle Sater will offer a brief lecture on local Revolutionary War veterans and Revolutionary War Hero Marquis de Lafayette and his Barouche, the oldest vehicle in Studebaker's collection. The program concludes with a guided tour of Lafayette's Barouche, a vehicle commissioned by the U.S. Government for Lafayette’s 1824 tour of America.
This event is free and open to the public. Pre-registrations are encouraged but not required: https://historymuseumsb.app.neoncrm.com/np/clients/historymuseumsb/eventRegistration.jsp?event=6138&
