About this Event

If you have them bring your own boxing gloves be ready to have fun practicing and training in MMA, boxing and kickboxing with trained professionals. All instructors have competed whether at a Amateur or professional level, making the techniques authentic. The first portion cardio kickboxing goes over movement and helps you find coordination and rhythm. The second portion goes over combat techniques to be used in a combat situation. And the final part is a HIIT based finish.
