Join Women Making It Work for International Women’s Day 2026 as we explore this year’s powerful theme: Balancing the Scales. This signature annual event brings together women in business, leadership and community for bold conversation, meaningful connection and purposeful action.
Back by popular request, Professor Mimmie-Claudine Watts returns as keynote speaker. Having previously inspired our community to think differently about women, power and bold leadership, Mimmie now brings a globally informed perspective to Balancing the Scales — exploring equity, influence, leadership and the intentional action required to create lasting change.
We will also unpack the second International Women’s Day
theme, Give to Gain, through a dynamic panel discussion featuring respected leaders from business and community. Together, they will highlight the power of collaboration, reciprocity and collective growth in creating sustainable impact.
Panel Speakers:
Khatija Halabi – Audiologist, author and Women Changing the World award winner in migrant leadership
Meenakshi Bhayani – Multi-award-winning leader in financial services
