2ND PLACE WINNER - $300 CASH
3RD PLACE WINNER - $200 CASH
To be Eligible:
• The show is open to youth ages 5 - 17.
• Talents may include (but are not limited to) singing, dancing, instrumental music, magic tricks, standup comedy, juggling, skit performance, recite poetry, lip-synching, hula hoop skit, ventriloquist/puppet show, etc.
• Participants must return a completed Talent Showcase Registration Form to WMBM Media Group through Eventbrite, pickup form in person, or request by email at [email protected] on or before August 4, 2021. We are located at 13242 NW 7 Avenue, North Miami, Florida 33168, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Fridays from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
• Youth who are part of a group Act should submit one Registration Form for the entire group.
• Each act is a maximum of 3 minutes in length.
• Maximum number of participants in a group is 5. Participants may showcase in one individual OR one group category only.
• In all cases, the decisions of the judges are final and will not be open to discussion.
• Absolutely no profanity or insensitive subject matter will be permitted.
• If you choose to wear a costume, it must be appropriate for all age groups. This is a community event.
• Participants are responsible for their own music, props, costumes, towels, snacks, etc.
• If your act requires recorded accompanying music, the music must be provided to WMBM Media Group at the time you present your participation form and the CD must be labeled with your name and song name.
• It is the participant’s responsibility to get the accompanying music back after the show.
• Acts with any participants(s) under 18 must have a written consent form signed by their parent/guardian and returned to WMBM on or before August 4, 2021. Please request a consent form by emailing [email protected] or pickup at 13242 NW 7 Avenue, North Miami, Florida 33168, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Fridays from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
• There will be CASH and/or other prizes given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SHOW RESPECT FOR ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS.
*Contestants must follow all current government guidelines and restrictions related to the pandemic when preparing any audition materials for submission.
*Participation in the talent showcase is free of charge.
