Witches Night Out! Moonlight Dining and Shopping!

We have a fantastic line-up of restaurants and retail shops participating in this year's Witches Night Out!! For the dining experience you’ll choose your preferred restaurant and book through this ticket site. You’ll be reserving a table for 2, 4 , 6 or 8 for your witches at one of two seatings.

Seatings are as follows:

First Seating: 5:30pm - 7:00pm (Parties must be wrapped up by the end of their seating time)

Second Seating: 7:30pm - 9:00pm (Parties must be wrapped up by the end of their seating time)

The tables sell at $20 for 2, $40 for 4 , $60 for 6 and $80.00 for 8. The ticket fee is your donation to the Livermore Downtown Inc fundraising aspect of the evening. So $10 a person. Livermore Downtown Inc is a 501 c(3) Non Profit dedicated to the economic health and vitality of downtown Livermore and supporting our downtown businesses. We greatly appreciate your continued support of Livermore Downtown Inc. Note: If your group is larger than 8 please email us at [email protected] so that we can accommodate the space needed for your group.

When you arrive at the restaurant for your seating, you will order your drinks and dinner directly from the restaurant. (Dinner and Drinks are not included in the $10.00 fee.) Dining establishmens are creating fun, themed, specialty cocktails for you and your witchy team.

PLEASE NOTE: Nightcaps at Rosetta is only cocktails, light snacks and desserts.

MOONLIT SHOPPING AND DINING - Before and after your dinner/drinks seating, it is ALL about the shopping! Moonlight shopping! Our shops will stay open until 9 PM with witchy steals and deals! Visit the Official Witches Night Out webpage HERE!

WITCHING HOUR - We'll also have a pre-event "Witching Hour" from 4-5pm at Livermorium Plaza where you can stop by with your cackling crew to take a group photo on our spooktacular backdrop courtesty of our Backdrop Sponsor, Jolli Faces! Here we will also "sash" the winner of the witches hat contest! Plus, have a blast with your bubble of trouble doing a choregraphed "Witchy Warm-up" with Joya Yoga at 4:30pm! It will be a quick and easy way to get the laughs going with your witches, and yes, you can participate in those faBOOlous high heels! It's sure to be a fun time!

HAT CONTEST, oh it's on! Our hat contest is one not to miss! Send us photos of your hat to [email protected] with your name, cell phone number, and a brief description of the creative thoughts behind the design. We must receive your photos by September 29th. We’ll run the contest on Instagram, and announce the winners on October 1st. Winners will get prizes and a sash to wear during Witches Night Out so you can strut your contest winning stuff! Hat contest winners will pickup their sash at Livermorium Plaza at Witches Night Out from 4-5pm only.
