Mystical Parties invites you to a fairytale come true with their Princess Wishes Ball, a day brimming with magical fun for the whole family! ✨

Here's what awaits you:

· Princess Sash and Keepsake Buttons: Upon check-in, each child will receive a beautiful Satin Princess Sash, then as they visit each princess, they will receive a keepsake button to attach to their sash to create an everlasting memory of their encounter.

· Exciting entertainment program: Get ready for surprises, dazzling stage performances, and captivating dances that will ignite imaginations.

· Meet and greet your favorite characters: Make memories that will last a lifetime.

· Engaging activities for little royals: Princess games, sing-alongs, and even a chance to show off dance moves – prepare for giggles and endless smiles!

· Princess Fun for all ages: While geared towards 2-7 year old princesses, everyone's welcome to join the enchantment!

· 9:30AM-VIP Experience for Session 1 (only 20 available)

· 10:00-11:30AM Session 1

· 12:00-1:30PM Session 2

· 2:00-3:30PM Session 3

· 4:00PM – VIP Experience for Session 4 (only 20 available)

· 4:30-6:00PM Session 4

· Please only attend your selected time

· Each session runs approx. 90 minutes

Some organizations supported are: Make a Wish, Wednesday’s Child, SE Brain Tumor Association, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Princess and Pirate Cancer Heroes

Important Details/FAQ

· Tickets are limited due to venue occupancy, ensuring an intimate and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

· Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable, allowing flexibility for those who are unable to attend.

· All attendees must have a ticket to attend, however babies 12 month and under are allowed entry for free with a paid adult.

· Character appearances are subject to change

· Attendees are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their session time.

· There are mutliple sessions through out the day. Double check your ticket for the specific start times. Full terms and conditions available upon ticket purchase.

· The only legitimate source purchase tickets is through Eventbrite. The venue does not sell tickets to this event. Mystical Parties LLC is not responsible for tickets sold by resellers and reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone with a fraudulent ticket.

· A guardian must accompany their child or children throughout the entire event.

· The event does not include a meal or food, but water will be provided.

· By participating in the event, attendees give permission to Mystical Parties LLC photograph and/or video record their child’s participation.

· The event is approximately 90 minutes in length.

· Attendees are encouraged to wear their favorite princess attire, but individuals aged 12 and older should avoid dress or trying to portray a princess to avoid confusion with the cast members.

· Overall the Mystical Parties Princess Wishes Ball promises to be an enchanting and memorable experience, combining interactive activities, magical performances and the opportunity to support local charities.

· Mystical Parties LLC nor the venue is not responsible for any personal belongings. Please keep your items with you at all times.

· We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a guest from our event for any reason.

· Guest health and safety remain a top priority. Please monitor the city, state, and vendue policies, including health and safety protocols, whch are subject to change.

· Mystical Parties LLC does not and will not offer any characters under copywright. Our fairytale characters have been based on stories that have been told throughout the centuries and therefore, have been out of copywright and in the public domain. While our characters have been modeled after some of the most popular tellings and renditions of these fairytales, they are not affiliated with any theme park or company. Our characters are unique to us. Any resemblance you see is simply incidental. We will only reserve the clients who respect this notice.

· We reserve the right to change the date, time, location, or reschedule this event due to unforeseeable circumstances, which may include, but is not limited to weather, low ticket sales, acts of God, etc... If we cancel this event, you will receive a full refund.

· By participating in this event, you acknowledge that the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, including Covid-19, exists in any public place where you are exposed to other people. By purchasing tickets for and participating in this event, you and all guests in your party voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases, including Covid-19. You hereby assume all risk of bodily injury, illness and death, resulting from your participation in this event's activities. You, your guests, your spouse/partner, your heirs, successors, executors, administrators or anybody else who might claim on your behalf, hereby release, waive, indemnify and forever discharge Mystical Parties LLC and the venue, and any affiliates, directors, owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers and any organization associated with this event from any and all liability, claims of negligence, for any disease, death, illness or injury.

· By participating in this event, you specifically release Mystical Parties LLC and the venue where this event is hosted, from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or related to your participation in these activities.

· By participating in this event, you agree to give consent to Mystical Parties LLC, and its authorized representatives, granting them permission to photograph and/or video record your participation in this event. You further agrees that all photographs and materials recorded may be used in any form, as part of any future publication, video, brochure and or other printed material for promoting Mystical Parties LLC. You and your heirs hereby release Mystical Parties LLC, its successors, and the venue where this event is hosted, from any liability whatsoever related to these materials and they acknowledge that these materials may be used without any payment of fees, royalties, credit given to your name, or any other compensation, from now through eternity.

· If you do not agree to any or all of these terms and conditions, please do not purchase tickets for this event. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Policy

Pelase be advised that all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you are unable to attend, therefore we do allow ticket transfers to another individual or session.
