Our goal is to empower and encourage adult women of all ages, but especially those 40 and up, to live their lives purposely, authentically, with help and support from other women friends. We help each other experience fun and freedom from the expectations society and others place on us as we age. We share our wisdom and support through a spiritual lens as we deal with life's difficult and challenging situations. Our circle is open to all women of every spiritual and religious background and pathway.Circle meetings are a wonderful way to schedule dedicated time for self-care into your life.
Space is limited, so it’s always best to reserve your spot with an advance ticket reservation (link below). Walk-ins will be accommodated on a space available basis.
For an optimal circle experience, we need at least 3 attendees.
CIRCLE MEETINGS WITH FEWER THAN 3 REGISTERED ATTENDEES WILL BE CANCELED. If you have a registration, I will contact you personally about the cancellation and give you the choice of a refund or a credit toward a future meeting. If you just plan to walk in to a meeting, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE check this page to make sure the meeting is still taking place.
Circle meetings are donation-based. Your donation honors the energy your host devotes to each circle meeting and helps support our efforts to provide a variety of free events to our local community throughout the year. A suggested donation rate is $13 per circle, but additional support of our community efforts is always welcome.
Each circle meeting is an investment in yourself.

I will be using an amazing oracle deck and book called Woman Runes, originally created by Shekinah Mountainwater and later expanded upon by Molly Remer. I will draw a WomanRunes card for each meeting. That card will guide that meeting’s discussion. The same card will be used at both meetings on a given day. If you like the deck and book, they are available for purchase at my studio.
We have folding chairs, yoga mats, and yoga blankets, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
