Trauma REBOOT is a 12-week, faith-based, peer-led course designed to help individuals overcome trauma, find healing, and rediscover purpose.
Many people carry the weight of past experiences that continue to affect their daily lives, relationships, and sense of identity. This course provides a safe, supportive environment where you can begin the journey toward healing—without judgment and with complete confidentiality.
Through practical teaching, guided discussions, and a strong sense of community, Trauma REBOOT equips you with tools to process pain, rebuild your mindset, and move forward with strength and clarity.
This course is open to anyone, no matter what you’ve been through. You don’t have to walk through healing alone.
