Participants will run a 2.5km loop through a well marked trail forest at the Camp Heidelberg property in Kitchener Waterloo.Out of the start-finish area you will run a fast, flat section passing our covered aid station towards Camp Heidelberg pond. The course is primarily made up of fast, groomed trails with some short but tougher and technical sections with rocks & roots and a few rolling hills spread-out along the loop. Each loop has approximately 45m elevation gain. Be ready for any weather conditions, October can bring rain or snow. There is plenty of room to set up a drop bag at the aid station area.
Choose 2 loops (5km), 4 loops (10km), 10 loops (25km), 20 loops (50km), 6hr & 6hr relay option.
