About this Event
The Women Inspiring Strength & Empowerment Program launched Project Me in 2016 as a daylong conference created by and for young women to advance its mission and build a network of empowered young leaders. Each spring, participants gather to learn from positive female role models through discussions and activities that foster career readiness, mental wellness, positive relationships, and healthy expressions of womanhood.
In 2026, will host our 5th annual Project Me Conference at The University of the District of Columbia, welcoming 50 young leaders for this transformative experience.

Info: "We will share the history and purpose of Project Me and the Women Inspiring Strength & Empowerment (WISE) Club. Additionally, WISE members will share their personal experiences being part of the club. We will conclude this section with a recitation of the Project Me Pledge.

Info: The end of Project Me! Attendees can hang out, dance, and socialize with those they met at the conference. Attendees are expected to leave by 6:00 PM.
