Wise Bird Wine Series

Welcome to the first event in our upcoming series: “Wise Bird Wine Night”! These Monday night tasting events invite regional wine makers to bring a selection of their products to share over light, curated bites while discussing the topic of the month with our guests. Learn more about Kentucky wineries, the people who help make them run, and enjoy a guided sampling of delicious wine varieties! This month’s topic is “Women in Wine,” featuring our special guests Mallory Morris of Ghost Fox Winery and Cynthia Bohn of Equus Run Vineyard, pouring two styles each (Sauvigon Blanc and Chardonnay). At the top of the event, you’ll enjoy a welcome cider toast, and a pour of our Pommeau as a ‘thank you’ to end the night! Your hosts for the evening will be Wine Educator Michele Kuegler, Cider-Maker Kel Ward, and Co-Founder of Wise Bird Cider Greta Wright, who will help facilitate the Q&A and discussion portion of the event where you can chat with and learn from our wine experts! It’s an evening dedicated to connection, community, and culture here in the heart of Lexington.

Wine and ciders will be available for purchase at the conclusion of the event. Ticket includes tasting pours of cider and wine, as well as light bites from Little Fork food truck.
