The Liberty Plan - Person Centered Planning
Explore what More is Possible with your students, clients, and jobseekers in this 3-day lifechanging event! Explore subtle and intentional shifts that can happen in a community that promotes a specific focus on person-centered work. Study foundational elements such as Circles of Support and the Values of Inclusion, and learn the nuances of Graphic & Process Facilitation through hands-on, engaging exercises. Network with your peers, like-minded community partners, and people committed to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. We will also deepen our listening skills, and focus on creating person-centered pratices within your agency, while exploring topics such as staff retention, giftendness, and successful team-building. Learn from inclusion subject-matter experts, Beth Gallagher and Kirk Hinkleman, in this creative and unique training.
