Be part of co-creating what’s possible for the Asian American Community in Wisconsin at the Wisconsin Asian American Voices for Empowerment (WAAVE)Meet & Greet + Soft Launch. In times of chaos, Asian American communities can be sidelined. Together, we can ride the wave, grow our collective voice, and build a culture of care.
We’re building a political home—a warm, nonpartisan space for Wisconsin’s Asian American community to connect, learn, and take practical steps that add up to real change.
This is a build-with, not build-for space. Your stories, languages, and ideas shape what WAAVE becomes.
Expect appetizers, fun mini-games to learn about the organization, and a brief overview of how nonpartisan civic engagement can be impactful, approachable and enjoyable.
Please note we will be in person and starting in Milwaukee and plan to expand to other parts of Wisconsin and virtually in the future.
