About this Event
Wirral Works is Wirral Met Collegeβs new employer-led employability programme, designed to connect local people with real job opportunities.
Wirral Works brings together employers, training and tailored support to help adults aged 19+ who are unemployed or economically inactive gain the skills, confidence and experience needed to move into sustainable employment.
This launch event will introduce the programme and highlight how collaboration between employers, public services and community partners can support residents back into work while strengthening the local workforce.
Attendees will hear from Wirral Met College and guest speakers from the local business community about how investing in skills can support business growth and create meaningful employment opportunities.
The event will also provide an opportunity to connect with employers, local organisations and partners who are committed to improving skills, employment pathways and economic growth across the Wirral.
