Winton will celebrate 150 Years in 2025 – by celebrating the town’s rich history of growth, perseverance, and success.A highlight of the year is the Winton 150 Year Celebration Weekend from Friday 11 April to Sunday 13 April 2025.
Visitors and residents will be treated to a host of memorable activities and events over the weekend. This includes a Meet and Greet Morning Tea, Plaque unveiling Ceremony, Drone Sky Show, Gala Ball, Vintage Style Craft and Handmade Markets, a display of “Trades and Crafts” from the Past, a Grand Parade and Vintage-Dress Up day, Old-style Novelty Sports, Fireworks, great live music, food, historical displays and tours to places of interest in the region.
The weekend promises to be full of nostalgia, memories, fun, surprises, and the opportunity to re-unite with your family, return home, and enjoy the hospitality and friendly spirit of Winton.
