Current Wellness is hosting a cozy wintry Sound Bath! Emily Barnhill will lead us on a transformative journey of sound, relaxation, and healing that will leave you feeling soothed, balanced, and held.A sound bath is a unique and therapeutic experience that uses the power of sound to help you release stress, ease tension, and find harmony within. In this event, you will be guided on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation as you bask in a symphony of tranquil sounds.
Emily is a certified practitioner of sound healing, with a bachelor’s degree in music therapy. She has a decade of experience working as a private instructor of voice, piano, guitar, and ukulele. Sound healing has become her biggest passion and she’s so excited to share it with our community. It’s her goal to use sound healing to promote relaxation, decrease inflammation, and reduce pain or discomfort, within the body not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
Come prepared to rest and unplug during this January sound bath.
Cost: $35 or $28 for members
Sound baths are very popular and we have limited space, so register before the event is full!
