Join me on Sunday the 19th at the lovely & cozy space of our favourite studio to explore the benefits of Winter Seasonal Yoga practice. Offer yourself the opportunity to slow down, find stillness, feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
Our time together will include soothing breathing exercise (pranayama), Qi-gong moves flowing with the rhythm of our breath, smooth asana flow (focusing on moving the spine and working with the hips), nourishing restorative poses and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra (special guided meditation).
It is the time of the year we work with the Water Element that brings a sense of stillness and calmness and an opportunity for reflection and introspection, while also inviting us to go with the flow of life and surrender.

No previous Yoga practice experience required.
