About this Event
Join us for a Winter Writing Workshop, where the quiet magic of the season will spark your imagination. In this relaxed and inspiring session, you’ll find the perfect atmosphere to cozy up with your ideas and connect with fellow writers during these wintry months.
Whether you’re a seasoned writer or just beginning, this workshop offers a supportive space to unleash your creativity in the midst of winter’s stillness. Explore various writing techniques and engage in exercises inspired by the season’s themes of reflection, renewal, and the cold beauty of the world outside.
You’ll have time to work on your own projects, revisit something that’s been simmering, or start a new piece with prompts and inspiration from our experienced facilitator, Scott. In this friendly and collaborative environment, you can share your work (if you feel comfortable), receive feedback, and connect with other writers as you expand your creative horizons.
Our goal is to create a space where you can express yourself freely and tap into the quiet introspection of the season. Whether you're working on fiction, poetry, or non-fiction, this workshop is open to all genres and writing styles.
Don't forget to bring your favourite writing tools and a notebook to capture all your brilliant ideas. We’ll provide tea, coffee, and some seasonal treats to keep you warm and energised.
Pricing
There are three pricing options so that the workshop can be accessible to more people. Please choose whichever option.
