Winter might bring cooler days… but its colours can glow with magic! Think of candlelight flickering in the dark. A fire crackling with gold and ember tones. The sparkle of fireworks, the shimmer of ribbons and Christmas baubles, the soft blush of gift wrap, and the gentle twinkle of the stars.In this Acrylic & Mixed Media Workshop, we’ll capture that winter glow, exploring layers of light and colour in unexpected ways.
We’ll explore the luminous side of winter through acrylic and mixed media techniques, layering textures and colours to create something truly enchanting.
We will use:
🎨 Watercolour pencils to sketch and build gentle washes
💧 Inks (NEW) for luminous flow and transparency
🧻 Tissue paper & spray paints for rich texture and depth
🖌️ Acrylics to pull it all together with bold, expressive energy
This session is perfect for both beginners and regular painters who want to loosen up, play, and find inspiration in the season’s magic.
All materials provided.
You’ll leave with your finished artwork and one of my signature colourful cards as a festive bonus gift.
