Taught by John and Julia Boyd (Owners of AcroFitJax) and Aaron Holmes (Leg Cannons)
This workshop is designed to guide you through visually striking poses that are fun to build and beautiful to behold!
Cost: Early Bird (by Jan. 3) - $30, or $40 from Jan. 4 to at the door on Jan. 17

12 noon: Doors open
12:30 - 12:50: Warm up with 4th St. Pilates/Brittany
12:50 - 1:15 pm: Ice Breaker Games
1:15 - 2:30: Session 1

Josh and Emily - Intro to Standing Dynamic Skills
2:45 - 4 pm: Session 2
Aaron, John, and Julia - Winter Weave

4-4:45 pm: Lunch and presentation
4:45 - 6 pm: Session 3

Wendy and Steve - Frost & Flight: All Levels L Base Flow
6-8 pm: Jam Time!
