About this Event

Join Explore Natural Martin and CJ McCartney, Advisory Board Member of Audubon Everglades, for a guided walk through Florida's vibrant winter landscape as we explore the beauty of wildflowers in bloom. Discover the unique stories of these native blossoms, their role in the ecosystem, and how to identify them along the trails. Perfect for nature enthusiasts and curious minds alike, this walk offers a colorful way to welcome the season.



DETAILS
  • FREE program, but reservations are required
  • This program will begin at 9:00am and last until approximately 11:00am
  • The length of this nature walk is about 1.5 mile across various natural surfaces
  • Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear
  • Bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray
  • Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult
  • All participants will be required to sign waivers that will be provided at the start of the program
