This class is all about slowing down, softening into the quiet of winter, and letting the presence of our feline friends guide you toward calm. We’ll move through a warm, gentle flow that melts holiday stress, invites rest, and creates space for peaceful reflection.
Enjoy a 45-minute slow movement class in the cat sanctuary to unwind and rejuvenate, followed by 45 minutes of cat time with a chance to cuddle, play, and interact with Starry Night Foster Cats.
Schedule:
