Hygge is all about embracing coziness, contentment, and well-being through simple pleasures, good company, and a warm atmosphere.On February 21, we'll be offering workshops and classes all day to help you embrace cozy self-care activities that support your well-being.

9:00-10:30 am: Stretch & Relax Yoga with Amy
10:45 am-12:00 pm: Cozy Up with Yourself Journaling Workshop
12:00-1:00 pm: Lunch break with Cozy and Nourishing Food
1:00-3:00 pm: Hygge Make and Take (Create 3 crafts to take home!)
3:00-4:00 pm: Book & Puzzle Exchange (FREE)
Our Wellness Weekends are an absolute favorite around here! You'll lose track of time as you move slowly from activity to activity without a care in the world.
