Tournament Rules:
Format: Competitive EDH (cEDH) at Competitive REL standards
Swiss Rounds: 5-6 rounds based on attendance
Round Length: 80 minutes per round
Time Procedure: When time is called, active player finishes their turn and game ends in a draw
Scoring: Wins = 5 points, Draws = 1 point, Byes = 5 points (win)
Cut to Top: Top 16 based on Swiss points (dependent on attendance)
Rules Enforcement: Using Competitive MTR/IPG Addendum created by Eminence
Software: Command Tower for pairings and turn order determination
Proxy Policy:
Game universe is proxy-friendly for cEDH events. All proxies must meet these requirements:
Same thickness and appearance from real cards when sleeved making them indistinguisable
Accurate card colors (matching the MTG color wheel)
Complete and accurate card text, name, mana cost, and other game information
High-quality, legible prints (no handwritten proxies)"
