About this Event
The first of a series of guided walks exploring University of Bangor’s Treborth Botanic Garden throughout the year. During a walk of 1-1.5 hours, led by volunteers from the Friends of Treborth Gardens, we’ll be looking at highlights of the winter garden including flowering shrubs and bulbs. In the event of wet weather, we will tour the glasshouses instead.
We request a donation of £5 per adult or £2.50 per child (16 or under) which will be collected on the day; payment can be made by cash or card. It is not essential to book beforehand, but it would help our planning if you could kindly reserve a place. Please click on the "Reserve a spot" button.
After the walk hot soup and drinks will be available for a small additional cost.
Meeting point: outside the main entrance to the Treborth Botanic Garden buildings. Please wear suitable footwear for wet and muddy conditions and outdoor clothing suitable for February’s weather.
All ages are welcome but the walk will not be suitable for buggies or prams.
No dogs.
