Slow down for an evening of calm on the estate. As dusk settles over the walled gardens, the Fig House will open by candlelight for a 90-minute Winter Twilight Sound Bath with Jessica from Reform. This is time to switch off, lie back and let sound guide you into deep rest.The evening begins with a 60-minute sound immersion using crystal singing bowls, soft vocals and therapeutic frequencies to settle the nervous system and release tension. No effort and no expectation, just stillness and sound.
After the session we will gather by the fires for a seasonal alcohol-free cocktail and a quiet moment together before heading back into the winter night.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring:
• A yoga mat or thick blanket or sheepskin to lie on
• A blanket for warmth
• A pillow
• Socks
• Eye mask or eye pillow if you wish
Booking information:
The price is £45 per person.
A minimum of eight guests is required for this event to take place.
If it does not go ahead, all bookings will be refunded in full.
Suitability:
Sound healing is safe for most people but is not recommended for:
• Those with epilepsy
• Anyone with a fitted pacemaker
• Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy
