Saturday December 7th, The Paddle Trap is holding a Sweat and Sip event in their beautiful upstairs loft!At 9:00 am, OR 9:45 am you can get your workout on with Jenna Bernhardt, a local Personal Trainer of 12 years!
She has put together an awesome bootcamp- so get ready to move on a Saturday morning.
Make sure to bring a yoga mat and plenty of water as well!
For only $20 you will get a 30 minute workout- (full body, core, and low intensity cardio,) and a choice from 4 new seasonal drinks- alcoholic or mock-tails!
