Take a moment to pause and unwind before the busy holiday season.
Enjoy the soothing sounds of Crystal singing bowls, chimes and gong to help you find rest. Guided meditation will lead you in and out of the experience.

Hosted in the Chestnut Ballroom located on the Hotel's lower level, the 1 hour experience will leave you feeling calmed and grounded.

We kindly asked all participants to bring their own yoga mat and encourage them to dress comfortably.
