✨A restorative yoga practice. A practice that is slow, gentle and supportive of the physical and emotional body.
✨Crystal sound bowls and offer aromatherapy with pure essential oils throughout the event as well.
✨Yoga nidra and savasana...a guided meditation that brings release and deep rest to the whole body.
