Celebrate the magic of the Winter Solstice with a rejuvenating Yoga Hike that honors the return of the light. We’ll gather in community to move, breathe, and reflect amidst the serene beauty of Cattus Island, welcoming the slow, grounding energy of winter.
Details:
Meet at 8:50am outside the Cooper Environmental Center to sign in and settle before we begin.
This two-hour experience includes gentle hiking, yoga, meditation, essential oils, and warm tea—offering a chance to reconnect with nature, self, and the rhythm of the season.
What to Bring:
-Travel mug for tea
-Light backpack for your mat & mug
-Yoga mat or blanket
-Water
-Warm layers and cozy socks/shoes (it may be muddy!)
-A friend to share the light 🌞

-Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.
-Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice. A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858. This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.
-Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.
-No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.
For any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.
