As the longest night of the year arrives, we gather in sacred space to honor both darkness and light — the endings and beginnings that shape our lives.This candlelit evening begins with grounded, earth-connected movement to steady the body and mind led by Ashley DeSaro, followed by a soothing gong bath to wash away tension and guide you into deep presence.
From that space of stillness, guest facilitator Lee, a Transformational Life Coach visiting from Mexico, will lead a guided Buddhist meditation and burn-and-birth ritual — a powerful practice of release, reflection, and renewal as we honor the close of one cycle and welcome the next.
We’ll close our evening in community, sharing a slice of traditional Yule log cake and a cup of caffeine-free chai rooibos tea — a warm, spiced blend to nourish the senses and symbolize the light returning within.
