Winter Solstice Yoga
Join us for a Winter Solstice celebration and our last gathering of 2025...
At the point of the year where we have the longest hours of darkness the winter solstice teaches us about resilience and hope in the face of darkness. It reminds us that the sun rises again even after the longest night, bringing new beginnings and brighter days. It's a time to look within & reflect on your inner light and the continuous cycle of growth and renewal.
Nourishing yoga, meditation & ritual to honour the Solstice.
Please bring a Yoga mat, any props you might like eg. Yoga blocks/straps.Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in and extra jumpers/socks/blankets for a cosy relaxation! 🙂
A journal & pen are useful for our rituals and reflections.
if you have a precious crystal, piece of jewellery, plant, flower or something special to you that you would like to bring to make up our altar, & charge with the group energy then please do! 💜
