Winter Solstice Well-being Wander

Join us for a chill, refreshing walk to celebrate the Winter Solstice and boost your well-being! This in-person event is all about connecting with nature, breathing in crisp air, and sharing good vibes with awesome people.

This hike takes us back in time with a visit to a stone circle or 2 where we'll take time for a short meditation and a warm drink. (I can provide a herbal tea or hot chocolate, the choice is yours).

Whether you're into mindfulness, fresh air, or just a casual stroll, this wander is for you. Dress warm, bring your smile, a mug and let's make the shortest day of the year feel extra special!

Your guide will be a qualified Hill and Moorland Leader with years of experience, Outdoor First Aid trained and fully insured.

Recommended Kit List:

Water bottle and snacks (flask or mug if you'd like a hot drink)

Waterproof outerwear

Warm layers

Hat and gloves

Head torch

Hiking Boots (while the route is steady, the ground will be uneven)

Personal first aid kit/Medic*tion (Guide will have a group first aid kit)

Sit mat

Whilst refunds aren't given if you can no longer make it, you can pass your ticket onto someone else and let me know or contact me to transfer the booking for a different event.
