Join us in our Bettendorf clinic space the night before the Winter Solstice for a cozy evening of Yoga Nidra, tea, and companionship!On one of the longest nights of the year, it's only fitting for us to wrap ourselves in the warmth of blankets, cozy drinks, and community and sink into a moment of deep rest together. Often referred to as "Yogic Sleep," Yoga Nidra is a type of guided meditation that dances the line between wakefulness and sleep and induces a deep state of relaxation. During our time together, we will guide you through a body awareness practice and visualization meditation surrounding themes and feelings of deep winter. After the Nidra, we will have time to discuss our meditation experiences and hopes moving forward.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow to keep yourself comfortable, as we will be laying on the floor for the duration of the meditation.

General Itinerary
*****To keep the environment peaceful and conducive to deep meditation, entry will not be allowed after 6:45pm.******
6:15 - 6:40pm: Arrival. Grab tea and settle into your spot.
6:40 - 7:00pm: Introductions. Gratitude for our time together. Card-Pulling and Intention Setting if Called to Participate
7:00 - 7:30pm: Yoga Nidra Meditation
7:30 - 8:15pm: Bio break, refresh tea, discussion of Nidra experience with the group
8:15pm - 8:30pm: Thank-Yous and Wrap-Up
