Join us on Sunday, December 21, for a deeply restorative Winter Solstice Sound Bath Meditation Journey. The solstice marks the longest night of the year, a powerful turning point when we gently shift from darkness back toward the light. This evening is an invitation to slow down, release the weight of the past season, and welcome new beginnings with intention.
You will be guided into a relaxed meditative state as the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other calming instruments wash over you. The vibrations help quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and create space for clarity, insight, and inner peace. As you rest, you will be invited to reflect on what you are ready to let go of and what you wish to call in for the season ahead.
This experience is perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful reset, emotional renewal, or a meaningful way to honor the Winter Solstice. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and gently reconnected to your own inner light.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Please arrive by 4:50 PM to settle in before we start.
- Mats, blankets, bolsters, and pillows are provided. However, please bring a yoga mat and anything that will help you feel cozy, such as a blanket, pillow, or eye mask. A journal is encouraged for reflection after the meditation.
- Please note that scented candles, aromatherapy, and diffusers are used in the studio.
- Space is intentionally limited to create a peaceful and intimate environment for all attendees.
