Meet Your Hosts
Clare — a doula with over 20 years of experience walking beside women through sacred thresholds of birth and transformation. A yoga therapist, Ayurvedic nutritionist, and founder of The Breathe & Heal Method, she weaves breath, body, and ancient wisdom into every space she holds ?
Carrie — women’s mental health champion, Align & Thrive founder , a Pilates teacher, sound healer, and belief coding practitioner guiding women back to themselves through movement, sound, and soul. Grounded yet magical — she helps women realign, rise, and remember who they are ?
⚡️ This is not your ordinary reset.
It’s a rebirth. A remembering. A rise.
? (And yes — each woman will receive a soul card, intuitively chosen and waiting beside her after the wrapping ritual, to read in her own quiet moment of reflection.)
