Enter a day of deep presence and reflection as we honor the Winter Solstice in sacred silence. This full-day mindfulness immersion blends seated and walking meditation, mindful eating, gentle movement, restorative yin, and an immersive sound bath to support softening, release, and inner clarity.

Held within the container of silence, the retreat invites you to embrace the darkness, welcome the returning light, and realign with nature’s rhythm of rest and renewal. Open to all, this day offers a grounded, spacious, and restorative way to begin the winter season.
