We will be gathering in the back room of Homegrown Provisions for a Special class to help us stay grounded during the holidays & to welcome in a new season. The Winter Solstice is a time of deep reflection, a time to pause and draw inspiration for the coming year.
All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat, a pillow or cushion & dress in layers.
