About this Event
The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year—a time steeped in symbolism, stillness, and deep introspection. Not everyone is celebrating the holidays with ease. Some are grieving. Some are tired. Some are simply turning inward, noticing shadows, endings, and the quiet truths that surface in the dark.
This evening is a gentle invitation to honor whatever this season is bringing up for you.
If you feel called to step out of the noise and into a space that welcomes your whole experience, you’re invited to come sit in the darkness with us at The Center for HAS.
Together, we’ll move through a sequence of quiet, grounding rituals:
• Acknowledgment of the night + opening poem
• Gentle yoga to settle the body
• Sound bowl during Savasana
• Guided reflections + sharing
• Tea, ear seeds, and grounded conversation
This workshop is designed to offer warmth, stillness, and connection on a night that naturally pulls us inward.
