A Lantern Walk is a tradition in Waldorf Education that teaches children (and everyone that joins) to celebrate the light within and inspire them to share the gifts of their “light” with others in meaningful ways. What a perfect way to gather together and usher in the peaceful quiet winter season.
Lantern Details:
Bring your own lantern from home (battery-operated only please) or stop in the Alpharetta Community Center to pick up DIY supplies and make your own before you walk! Lantern making will be a parent-led, simple project suitable for all ages!
Marshmallows and DIY supplies are available while supplies last. This event is FREE but one registration/family is requested so we can be prepared. Our friends from @Brewable will be on hand with hot chocolate as well!
