Join three iconic Minnesota jazz performers as they share some of their favorite hard-swinging jazz standards, American Songbook hits, and a holiday classic or two.

No more legendary a rhythm section exists in the midwest than that of Kenny Horst and Billy Peterson, having played with Lee Konitz, Cedar Walton, David Hazeltine, Ira Sullivan, Mose Allison, and Bill Carrothers, to name but a few. They co-owned the Artist’s Quarter jazz club and contributed an overwhelming amount of culture, community, and love to the MN jazz scene. Now they share the stage in a rare outing with NYC-based pianist - and Horst’s nephew -Will Kjeer, who tours with folk legend Judy Collins while pursuing his second diploma from The Juilliard School. The three share a unique understanding and familiarity that spans the generations between them, and is not to be missed as they celebrate the holidays in true Minnesota Jazz style.
