As Seen in the LA Times ! Winter Solstice Flow is a Multiple healer sound bath meditation hosted by Sound Bird Healing and guest practitioners. Performed live, using multiple healing instruments to explore sonic landscapes that lead to deeper relaxation and meditative states, enhancing flow, cellular recalibration, and creativity in the beautiful Shatto Chapel at the First Church Los Angeles.
Sound Bird Healing provides an immersive sound meditation that rejuvenates the mind and body by activating our natural healing systems. A variety of ancient sound healing instruments are utilized including gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more to create an experience that will vibrate and activate all cells in the body. Sound therapy affects our physical, emotional and energetic bodies in beneficial ways.
