Winter Solstice Event

Step into the stillness of the Winter Solstice, a sacred pause between darkness and light. This powerful evening is an invitation to slow down, release what is no longer needed, and awaken the light within as we move toward a new season.

Together, we’ll journey through practices designed to ground, open, and restore the body and spirit. The evening includes a Sacred Cacao Ceremony, Womb Reclamation, Yin & Meridian Yoga, Sound Bath, Guided Meditation, and Conscious Journaling. Each element is woven together to help you clear stagnant energy, soften into your heart, and reconnect to your inner wisdom.

This ceremony offers a space to be held in community, to reflect on the cycles you are completing, and to align with the intentions you wish to carry forward into the light’s return.

Come as you are, to rest, receive, and remember your natural rhythm.
