We would love for you to come and join us for our Winter Solstice evening of bliss.
Come into our healing sanctuary, away from the noise and stress of everyday life to release the stress from your body and mind, to allow the space to reconnect to YOU.
This evening will start with a nurturing Yin yoga to connect to the body and to start to release our myofascial and muscles. We will then connect to our hearts and intuition with a heart connection cacao ceremony. And if you think wow, thats just what I need, it gets better as then you will float off into a magical yoga nidra and be cocooned with relaxing sound vibrations before grounding and recentering with steaming hot tea and mince pie.
I'm honestly so excited for this evening.
Early bird prices until 1st Dec is £45. After then it is
