Local healer Katie O’Leary will guide you through a restorative sound journey using crystal sound bowls, chimes, and gong to awaken your body’s vibrations, calm the nervous system, and help you fully relax into the slower pace of winter. After the sound healing, enjoy a moment to sip a drink from our botanical bar before returning to circle with Lindsay, Kava Sol’s owner, to set intentions for the season and share reflections.
